About Me

In 2005 I received my massage therapy training from Southeastern School for Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. I am a graduate of Elon University with a B.S. in Physical Education, Health and Wellness, and I am a recent graduate of Jung Tao School Of Classical Chinese Medicine. I have found massage therapy to be an excellent natural alternative to promote relaxation and well being, relieve pain, increase joint flexibility, range of motion & mobility and for my clients as well as myself.
